Profile

Enda Moclair ADHD Certified Coach, MA Expressive Arts Therapist, Msc Clinical Psychology; Badth, HCPC UK, Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA).

I am an expressive arts therapist and ADHD-certified coach with over 25 years’ experience working in mental health and psychosocial support across emergency, developmental, and cross-cultural contexts.

My professional background includes a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, training and registration as a UK expressive arts therapist, and specialist training in ADHD coaching, diagnosis and neurodiversity-affirming practice. My work has taken place across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, supporting individuals, families, teams, and communities living with high levels of stress, transition, and uncertainty.

My Approach

My work is shaped by the understanding that wellbeing does not exist in isolation. It is influenced by nervous systems under pressure, cultural expectations, life transitions, and the need to adapt — particularly for neurodivergent individuals and those living internationally.

I am especially interested in the overlap between:

  • ADHD and neurodiversity

  • creativity and expressive processes

  • trauma, stress, and regulation

  • identity, belonging, and cross-cultural life

This perspective allows me to work in ways that are both practical and deeply human.

How This Looks in Practice

In practice, this means:

  • combining structured ADHD assessment and coaching with reflective and creative approaches

  • co-creating tailor-made supports that fit the individual, rather than forcing conformity

  • working collaboratively, at a pace that respects capacity and overwhelm

  • adapting support sensitively for international and cross-cultural contexts

While my background is psychotherapeutic, my current work through Wellbeing Support Services is offered as coaching and integrative wellbeing support, enabling ethical and flexible work with clients across different countries.
