Understand your Profile. Work with your strengths. Move forward with clarity.
Affordable ADHD Profile Assessments, Treatment Plans and Coaching Supports
At Wellbeing Support Services, we support adults and young people with ADHD and neurodivergent patterns through a combination of assessment-informed profile understanding, co-formulation and practical, personalised supports.
Together, we develop ways of working with your attention, emotional regulation, and energy so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
1. Assessment-Informed Formulation
How the assessment process works
For some people, particularly those who have reached adulthood without understanding why life has often felt harder than expected, developing a neurodiversity formulation can be more than an assessment process. It can be an opportunity to make sense of experiences that have shaped relationships, education, work, confidence and wellbeing over many years.
You will receive a personalised, in-depth report describing the key patterns, strengths, challenges and themes identified through the assessment process, together with practical recommendations.
Understanding these patterns can bring relief, but may also bring grief, anger or a re-evaluation of the life someone has lived. We make space for these responses rather than treating them simply as pro

Different ways of exploring
We don't assume that everything meaningful has to be explored through conversation alone. Depending on the person and what feels useful, multimodal exploration may also draw on imagery, metaphor, writing, movement, creative activity or other expressive approaches. These offer different routes into reflection, meaning-making and expression, particularly when experiences are difficult to put into words.
Curiosity and choice are central: there is no single right way to explore your experience
Looking beyond the individual
Neurodiversity doesn't exist in isolation. Our experiences are shaped by relationships, family, education, work and the wider environments in which we live.
We therefore consider not only: “What is happening for this person?” but also: “What is happening around them, and what might need to change?”
Where appropriate, this may include considering how family, educational or workplace environments can better support the individual and providing supports for parents/caregivers - teachers & support assistants - managers/organisational leadership.
