ADHD is complex, and there is no single test. Many conditions (such as sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, or learning differences) can overlap. Don’t wait years to begin treatment support!

How the Assessment Process Works

Step 1 — Clinical Exploration
Two structured sessions exploring:

  • developmental history

  • education and work patterns

  • strengths and challenges

  • mental health and wellbeing

  • family/system context

You will also complete validated screening questionnaires to support the process.

Step 2 — Integrated Understanding
Your patterns are reviewed in depth, including:

  • attention and executive functioning

  • emotional regulation

  • sensory and nervous system patterns

  • co-occurring factors (e.g. anxiety, sleep, burnout)

Step 3 — Assessment Profile & Report
You receive a clear, structured report outlining:

  • key patterns and themes

  • strengths and capacities

  • areas of challenge

  • practical, personalised recommendations

Step 4 — Support Planning Session
A final session to:

  • walk through your profile

  • co-create a realistic support plan

  • identify next steps (coaching / supports / referrals if needed)

Experience attuned supports starting with assessments of your strengths, values and motivators, through to developing practical strategies that work for your individual version of ADHD.

FAQs

How does coaching take place?

Coaching sessions can take place either in person, or virtually via video calls. In addition, you will be able to access support between meetings. You will also have access to specialist assessments and tool resources, in order to take advantage of coaching from the comfort of your home or office.

How long does the coaching last?

Duration of coaching is influenced by the challenges you face and the goals you wish to work on and usually entails a minimum of 6 sessions.  This can be easily extended and adapted according to your needs and schedule. You can choose between three or four sessions per month depending on your desired pace of change.
