In the meantime, if you are facing long waiting times for diagnosis you can avail of our diagnosis and individualised (non medical) treatment plans that will address and support your ADHD related challenges for both the individual and family.  Don’t wait years to begin treatment support!

This includes detailed, evidence-based assessment designed for adults, youth and children who are experiencing difficulties with focus, organisation, or impulse control, and the range of ADHD related challenges.

Deciding if a person has ADHD is a process with several steps. There is no single test to diagnose ADHD, and many conditions, such as sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and certain types of learning disabilities, can also have symptoms similar to ADHD.

A qualified Mental Health Professional will assess and diagnose you, taking into account your symptoms, how long they’ve been present, and any input from those close to you such as family and friends. This gives us a better idea of the type of ADHD, if any, you might have, and whether there might be any co-morbid challenges, that we need to take into account in co-creating a treatment plan tailored to your own specific needs.
